Visit The Urgency Room if you are stable and have active symptoms of COVID. 

Questions about whether you should be tested?
According to the MDH, people who have symptoms should get tested. Those without symptoms generally should not be tested for COVID, however public health workers may recommend testing in some situations. If you have questions about testing please reference the MDH website for testing guidance and information.

Urgency Room COVID Testing Options:
All patients must see a provider, we do not offer drive-through testing.

  • Walk-in COVID Testing
    • Patients must be symptomatic to qualify for walk-in testing 
    • The type of test performed for walk-in patients (rapid or standard) will vary based on need and availability
      • We cannot guarantee which test will be performed for walk-in patients 
    • All locations are open for patients with active symptoms of COVID

  • Scheduled Rapid COVID Testing 
  • Visit Fees
    • The self pay collection for COVID testing is $225.00
      • Fee includes testing and a visit with an Urgency Room provider
      • This amount can change based on services received or other diagnostics performed while at The Urgency Room for testing.

***Check with your insurance carrier regarding coverage or patient responsibility for any COVID related visits.  We are unable to quote individual coverage or out of pocket costs for COVID visits.

Visit any one of our three facilities in Eagan, Woodbury or Vadnais Heights for concerns not related to COVID.  We are doing our part to keep non-COVID and/or respiratory concerns safe and separate at all locations.
