Can I schedule for tomorrow?
You can schedule up to 12 hours in advance.
Is my time guaranteed?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will be seen at your exact timeslot however we will do our very best to have your room ready as close to your scheduled time as possible.
Can I schedule a visit for anything?
You can book an appointment for any non-emergent ailment, injury or concern however if you think you are experiencing a medical emergency please do not schedule an appointment, call 911. These appointments are not for patients with a medical emergency.
Why do I have to make an appointment now?
Because of the recent influx in patient volume we want to make sure our patients are getting the best care possible while protecting the safety of our staff and patients.
Do I have to pre-register online?
We highly recommend that patients click the link found in their text/email to register prior to their appointment. This will ensure a smooth process upon your arrival.
What happens if I show up to The Urgency Room without an appointment?
Unfortunately, we will only be seeing patients with an appointment. Should someone present with an urgent medical issue without an appointment, our staff will determine the next steps based on the individual circumstance.
Do I need an appointment for each member of my family?
Yes. The appointment spots are meant for one individual at a time. If you have multiple people in your party who wish to be seen, please schedule additional appointments as needed.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Reply 9 to the confirmation text you received or call us directly to cancel.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. Please call us directly to notify us you will not arrive on time. If you have not arrived by your appointment time we will move on to the next available patient.
Can I make an appointment for an online visit?
No, unfortunately, our online visits are first come, first serve. They are available from 8am to 8pm, daily. Click here to start a visit online.

At The Urgency Room we provide expert care from our emergency trained providers when it works for you. If you need a test (strep, COVID, UTI) we'll send you in for the test and let you know when your results are available. No waiting necessary. See a list of common ailments and concerns we treat here.
If you need more care than we can provide online, we will send you to one of our clinics for further evaluation and there is no charge for your online visit. We're here to make sure you get the care you need!
