How Long Do Video Interviews Take?

Video Interview Signup: 5 Minutes

  • Provide basic information about your symptoms ahead of your video consultation with a provider before being guided into a video waiting room.
  • Once in the waiting room, there will be a message on the screen indicating when the provider will be ready to speak with you. (Wait times may vary)

Video Interview: 10-15 Minutes

  • Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
  • Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
  • Shortly after the completion of your video visit you’ll be notified when the results are available.Once in the waiting room, there will be a message on the screen indicating when the provider will be ready to speak with you. (Wait times may vary)

Prescription: 2-3 Minutes

If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you’ll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

Where Do I Get My Results?

Results are generally available within one hour of testing

  • All results are stored within your online visit history on our portal.
