You can schedule up to 12 hours in advance.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you will be seen at your exact timeslot however we will do our very best to have your room ready as close to your scheduled time as possible.

We highly recommend that patients click the link found in their text/email to register prior to their appointment.  This will ensure a smooth process upon your arrival.

Walk-ins are welcome! You do not need an appointment at The Urgency Room. Patients with appointments or emergent concerns will be seen before walk-in patients. If you decide to walk in without an appointment, we encourage you to let us know you are coming! I’m On My Way

Yes.  The appointment spots are meant for one individual at a time.  If you have multiple people in your party who wish to be seen, please schedule additional appointments as needed.

Reply 9 to the confirmation text you received or call us directly to cancel. 

We will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible.  Please call us directly to notify us you will not arrive on time.  If you have not arrived by your appointment time we will move on to the next available patient.
