If at any time you wish to discontinue receiving electronic messaging from The Urgency Room, reply STOP to automatically remove your account from future electronic communications.

Why did I receive a text message?

Your text message is from The Urgency Room regarding a recent visit to one of our facilities. The text message assists you in accessing your statement and provides options for assistance if you have questions.

How can I request a copy of my statement?

You can view your statement via the text message we sent or by clicking the link on our webpage and entering your facility code.  If you do not have your facility code you can call us at 1-888-556-5593.

How do I add or change insurance?

Visiting our patient services portal will allow you to see what insurance we have on file and/or how your claim was processed.  You can make changes online or call our customer service center to make any changes you might need.

Where do I direct questions about my care at The Urgency Room?

Any questions or comments regarding the care you received at any of our three clinics can be directed to our patient relations team.  Please send us an email to and a member of our team will reach out to you right away.
