You do not need an appointment for:
Immediate Care
Walk in immediately for emergent symptoms. If you have severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, stroke-like symptoms, seizures, major injuries, or uncontrolled bleeding, do not wait for an appointment. Present directly to the front desk or call 911.
Referral Care
If another medical provider or facility has referred you, please check in directly at the front desk. You do not need an appointment in this situation, and our team will prioritize you as a referral patient.
How It Works:
1. Book Your Appointment Online
- Choose your preferred location and time slot through our secure online system
- Book urgent care visits up to 12 hours in advance
- Same-day appointments are often available
- Plan your care around work, family, or school schedules
2. Complete Pre-Visit Registration
- Fill out paperwork online before arrival to reduce wait time
- Update your medical history and list current medications
- Explain your symptoms ahead of time
- Allows providers to review your needs in advance and prepare a personalized care plan
3. Arrive at Your Scheduled Time
- Check in at your chosen Urgency Room location
- Staff will confirm your details and guide you to a private exam room
- Avoid long waits in crowded lobbies
- Focus entirely on receiving the care you need since registration is complete

The Urgency Room is not part of a hospital, but we’re equipped with a full scope of medical diagnostics to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat you.

Ultrasound Notice:
Please note our Ultrasound is available at 9:30am at all sites, please refrain from scheduling an appointment before 9:30am if you suspect you may need an ultrasound.
Additional Notice:
We do NOT have an MRI machine at any of our Urgency Room locations. If you are experiencing stroke-like symptoms or transient ischemic concerns please visit the nearest emergency department.
