You must be in Minnesota to use online care options from The Urgency Room


LOG IN and fill out a quick questionnaire regarding your concerns.  Your answers will determine your treatment plan. 
 


Your information will be reviewed, you'll meet with a provider via video to discuss a treatment plan and next steps. 
 


If testing or prescriptions are necessary, your provider will send instructions.  Log back in to view your results.


Video Interviews

(Most visits take 15-25 minutes to complete)

 

Video Interview Signup: 5 Minutes

  • Provide basic information about your symptoms ahead of your video consultation with a provider before being guided into a video waiting room.
  • Once in the waiting room, there will be a message on the screen indicating when the provider will be ready to speak with you. (Wait times may vary)

Video Interview: 10-15 Minutes

  • Speak with a provider about your symptoms.
  • Your provider will create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
  • Shortly after the completion of your video visit you'll be notified when the results are available.

Prescription: 2-3 Minutes

  • If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you'll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.


Where Do I Get My Results?

(Results are generally available within one hour of testing)

  • Results are generally ready within one hour of testing.
  • All results are stored within your online visit history on our portal.

Locating Results:

  • Log back into our online portal to review your results. Click the orange LOG IN button in the top right corner.
  • You can review and print your treatment plan and recommendations given by
