We’re More Than Urgent Care

Board-Certified Emergency Physicians

Each of our locations is staffed with an ER physician and emergency-trained teams. In addition to our physicians, our care team includes APCs (PAs and nurse practitioners), RNs, paramedics, medical assistants, lab technicians, radiology technicians, and guest coordinators.
Advanced Diagnostics Onsite
Each of our locations is equipped with many of the same tools you would find in a hospital emergency department, including:
- CT Scanner
- X-Ray
- Ultrasound
- High-Complexity Lab
Having these tools immediately available allows our physicians and team to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat our patients.
Same-Day Access

When patients can’t get an appointment with their primary care provider or specialist, The Urgency Room is here to help. We provide same-day access to emergency-trained teams and advanced diagnostics, helping patients get the answers and treatment they need -without unnecessary delays.

We have locations in Eagan, Golden Valley, Vadnais Heights, and Woodbury. Since we built our first location in 2010, we have been helping communities across the Twin Cities access the care they need.

Open Evenings & Weekends

The Urgency Room is available when many traditional care settings are not. Open from 8 AM to 9 PM every day, including weekends and most holidays. We provide convenient access to emergency-trained physicians and advanced diagnostics when your members need care beyond normal office hours.
Lower Cost Option

Providing patients with access to the appropriate level of care can improve outcomes while helping manage healthcare costs. The Urgency Room delivers emergency medicine expertise in a setting that is typically more affordable than a hospital emergency department.

Multiple Care Options

Online Care

We offer online care for minor concerns, including strep/sore throat, colds, coughs, sinus infections, and more. If it’s determined a patient needs labs or additional testing we can send them in for the test only and we’ll send their results and treatment plan via email or text.

Available from 9am to 6pm, daily.

Scheduled Care

Most of the patients we see do not need immediate care but should be seen timely. We offer same day scheduling to evaluate and treat most conditions you would otherwise take to an urgent care or emergency department. Patients appreciate the option to book a time that works for them.

Open 8am to 9pm, daily.

Walk-In Care

Need your patient seen right away? Walk-ins are always welcome at The Urgency Room. Patients can let us know they’re on their way before arriving to streamline the check-in process. We’ll prioritize getting them to an exam room as quickly as possible.

Referral Care

When your patients need immediate care, we’re ready. Simply have them let our Guest Services team know they were referred by your practice, and we’ll prioritize their arrival, streamline check-in, and get them to an exam room as quickly as possible.
