Patients with non-emergent concerns will be asked to schedule an appointment online. Appointments will be available up to 12 hours in advance. If your concern is emergent, please go directly to the front desk for evaluation.
A $350 deposit is required for uninsured patients prior to in-person treatment.

Immediate Care
Immediate care is available for patients in need of urgent medical attention. Come directly to the front desk for evaluation. You do not need to schedule an appointment if your concern requires immediate attention.
Referral Care
Referred to The Urgency Room by a provider? If you were referred from another medical provider or facility, please present to the front desk and notify our team you have been referred. You do not need to schedule an appointment.

Scheduled Care Has Got You Covered
Due to increased volumes, we have moved to scheduled care. Patients with emergent medical concerns should present to the front desk. Patients with non-emergent concerns will be asked to schedule an appointment online.Appointments will be available up to 12 hours in advance. The Urgency Room is not part of a hospital, but we’re equipped with a full scope of medical diagnostics to quickly and accurately diagnose and treat you.

Ultrasound Notice:
Please note our Ultrasound is available at 9:30am at all sites, please refrain from scheduling an appointment before 9:30am if you suspect you may need an ultrasound.
Additional Notice:
We do NOT have an MRI machine at any of our Urgency Room locations. If you are experiencing stroke-like symptoms or transient ischemic concerns please visit the nearest emergency department.
