Walk-In Urgent Care FAQs
-
What is Immediate Care?
Immediate Care is for patients who need urgent (non-life threatening) medical attention but do not require an ER visit. It offers fast, expert treatment from emergency-trained professionals for non-life-threatening conditions without the need for an appointment.
-
Do I Need an Appointment if I Have an Immediate Medical Concern?
No, appointments are not required. Simply walk in, and present to the front desk team for evaluation.
-
What if My Concern Does Not Qualify for Immediate Care?
If it is determined that your concern does not require immediate attention our front desk team will do our best to work with you to schedule you an appointment so we can get you the care you need as soon as possible.
We know that some concerns can feel like you need care right away but may actually be more suited for a same-day appointment. We do have physician-led processes we follow to ensure our patients receive the care they need when they need it.
