Online Care
We know not all patients require in-person care. We offer online care for minor concerns, including strep/sore throat, colds, coughs, sinus infections, and more.
Available from 9am to 6pm, Daily

Scheduled Care
Scheduled care makes it easy for you to book a time when it works for you. Appointments are available up to 12 hours in advance.
Skip the waiting room and make an appointment.

Walk-In Care
Walk-ins are welcome at The Urgency Room. All patients must arrive before 9pm.

Referral Care
Patients who are referred to us from their provider or clinic do not need an appointment. Simply direct them to the front desk to let us know they were referred and we will get them back to a room as soon as possible.

The Urgency Room is proudly owned and operated by Emergency Physicians Professional Association (EPPA), an independent, physician-owned practice that has been delivering emergency medicine throughout Minnesota for more than 55 years.
Our physicians are board-certified in Emergency Medicine and care for patients every day at The Urgency Room and in hospital emergency departments across Minnesota. That experience allows us to provide a higher level of acute care and confident clinical decision-making when patients need it most.

Emergency Physicians
We’re staffed with over 250 board-certified emergency physicians. Our physicians staff some of the busiest emergency departments across the state including Level 1 trauma centers. As a democratic and independent group, our leaders work together in a shared commitment to excellence for our partners and communities.
APCs
In addition to our physicians we also have over 75 APCs (advanced practice clinicians) including physician assistants and nurse practitioners. They too work in multiple hospitals across the state. Our emergency trained teams work seamlessly together to provide the best in patient care.
